All Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail.

Please allow up to 10 working days for uk order to arrive. 

please note:

Canceling an order after its been dispatched 

- If you would like to cancel an order after it's been dispatched you will need to let me know via email ella@cuteandclassy.uk and cover return shipping costs ( we suggest using a trackable method).

It must be returned within 30 days from delivery, once i receive the items you will receive a refund excluding the postage costs and banking fee of £1-£3

Canceling an order before its been dispatched

- if you would like cancel an order and it hasn't been dispatched you will need to let me know via email ella@cuteandclassy.uk and you will receive a refund excluding only the banking fee of £1-£3

Returning an item/s

- If you would like to return an item because you have changed your mind you will need to let me know via email ella@cuteandclassy.uk and cover return shipping costs ( we suggest using a trackable method).

It must be returned within 30 days from delivery, once i receive the items you will receive a refund excluding the postage costs and banking fee of £1-£3

however; if the item is damaged or faulty, then you will not be responsible for postage costs 

all refunds will have a small free due to my websites banking having a fee to refund purchase.

if you have received an email saying ''your order has been dispatched'' and would like to track your order please send me an email to ella@cuteandclassy.uk and i will send you over your royal mail tracking number ASAP

Uk delivery 

depending on holidays and strikes uk orders usually take between 5 - 10 working days

Europe 

orders should arrive within 7 - 15 working days 

USA and Canada 

orders should arrive within 10 - 14 working days

the rest of the world 

orders should arrive within 10 - 21 working days

this is just an estimate so orders can arrive a couple days sooner or later

however I aim to get all orders out as soon as possible.
